We start with a one-on-one consultation to learn all about your vision — your event, style, and what makes you feel most confident. Bring any inspiration photos or ideas you love! We’ll discuss design possibilities, fabrics, and your timeline so we can create something truly special together.
2. Design Creation
Next, we turn your ideas into reality. You’ll receive custom sketches and curated fabric options. Together, we’ll refine the details until the design feels perfectly you.
3. Booking & Deposit
Once your design is finalized, we’ll review your custom agreement and payment schedule. A non-refundable retainer officially reserves your spot in our design calendar — and then the magic begins!
4. Measurements & Patterning
Precise measurements ensure a flawless fit. We’ll take full measurements and, for more intricate gowns, create a sample prototype (called a muslin) before cutting into your chosen fabric.
5. Fabric Sourcing
We’ll source your selected materials and prepare everything for construction — from delicate lace to luxurious silk, every detail is handled with care.
6. Fittings
You’ll be invited for a series of fittings to make sure everything fits beautifully and feels comfortable. First fitting: shape and structure. Second/Third/Fourth fittings (as needed): final fabric and details. Final fitting: perfecting every stitch before your big day.
7. Finishing Touches
Your gown is hand-finished with exquisite care — hems, embellishments, linings, and final steaming. Every inch is inspected before presentation.
8. Delivery Day
Your gown will be ready for pickup or delivery, carefully packaged and accompanied by care instructions. This is always a joyful moment — we love seeing your first full look!
9. After the Event
We offer optional preservation and cleaning guidance to keep your gown beautiful for years to come. We’ll also check in after your event to see how everything went — and would love to feature your look (with your permission, of course!).
